Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Account Representative. We seek an energetic sales professional interested in helping our business grow. Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and bring in new business
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...
- Salary plus commission/bonus - unlimited earning potential with Base Pay & Commission combined:
- $45,000 if you are average
- $60,000 if you are good
- $85,000 if you are great & our next superstar
- 401k plus Employer Match

Requirements & Preferences:
- Professional Sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Dedicated to customer service with good work ethic & integrity
- Able to obtain: Property and Casualty license + Life and Health license
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
